The Story Of Meagan

Meagan Urbanek has been part of Arlington Criminal Attorneys since its earliest days. She joined the firm in 2008, when it was just her and founding attorney Gary Medlin, and played a key role in expanding the practice from a two‑person operation to a team of more than ten professionals. Starting as a legal assistant, she moved into the office manager role and now serves as chief operations officer, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and helping shape firm strategy. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Meagan is known within the firm as the go‑to problem‑solver, supporting attorneys and staff and guiding clients through difficult moments. Outside the office, she enjoys snowboarding, running 5Ks, mountain biking, and participating in Spartan races, and she attends concerts whenever she can. Her focus on efficiency and empathy helps ensure that clients receive timely, attentive support.
